At Mila Omi, we stand by the quality of our creations. Jewelry purchased directly from us comes with a 30-day warranty from delivery for any defects in materials or workmanship. However, the warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage from misuse — so please treat your pieces with the love they deserve! Pieces purchased from third-party vendors are not eligible for repair under our warranty.

If you have a damaged piece and would like to explore a repair, just send a photo and a brief description of the issue to info@milaomi.com. We'll assess the damage and let you know if a repair is possible, along with an estimated cost.
