At Mila Omi, we stand by the quality of our creations. Jewelry purchased directly from us comes with a 30-day warranty from delivery for any defects in materials or workmanship. However, the warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage from misuse — so please treat your pieces with the love they deserve! Pieces purchased from third-party vendors are not eligible for repair under our warranty.
